Zen Zone Youth & Wellness is a holistic youth wellness center dedicated to supporting the whole child. We provide a safe, calming, and uplifting space where children can grow emotionally, socially, and mentally.

Our work centers on social-emotional learning (SEL), mental health support, mindfulness, physical wellness, creative expression, and therapeutic activities. Through art, meditation, movement, and guided wellness practices, we help children build confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy habits.

At Zen Zone, every child is seen, heard, and supported. We partner with families and the community to empower children with lifelong tools for emotional wellness and personal growth.
